Nestled in beautiful Val di Fassa, just a stone’s throw from Campitello’s charming main square, Mini Restaurant opened its doors in 1965, the brainchild of chef Mainrado Rizzi, a Campitello’s native who wanted to offer its patrons the very best of the traditional “Fassana” cuisine. Today, his legacy is carried on by his son Franco and his family, who have made Mini Restaurant a popular destination for locals and tourists alike.
